Transparency Report

1. Overview

Per the Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), zoneout publishes this transparency report on content moderation activities. This report covers the measures we take to ensure a safe and lawful environment on our platform, the volume of content moderation actions, and the mechanisms available to users to challenge those actions.

2. Content Moderation

We use a combination of user reports and manual review to identify content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law. All content moderation decisions are communicated to affected users with:

• The specific content identified.
• The reason for the action taken.
• Instructions on how to appeal the decision.

3. Reports Received

Reporting period: March 25, 2026 – April 6, 2026.

4. Actions Taken

Enforcement actions taken by our moderation team fall into the following categories:

• Content removal: posts, comments, or media that violate our guidelines are removed from public view.
• Account suspension: accounts engaged in repeated or severe violations may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
• Warning issued: users may receive a formal warning for minor or first-time violations.

5. Appeals

Users can appeal any moderation decision within 30 days. To submit an appeal:

1. Go to Settings > Moderation History.
2. Select the action you wish to appeal.
3. Provide your reasoning for the appeal.

We aim to review all appeals within 7 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email and in-platform notification.

6. Response Times

We aim to review all reports within 48 hours of submission. Reports involving imminent harm or illegal content are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible.

Current average response time: 3 hours.
